Quoted lead times begin once the initial payment is received and all order details are confirmed. Estimates remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Steven Dailey Studio provides a one-year workmanship warranty covering mechanical or technical failures. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, alterations, discoloration, staining, scratches, or denting from use.

If an issue arises, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will work with you to determine the best solution for repair or replacement.

All finishes are waxed and unlacquered unless otherwise requested. Each finish is hand-applied, meaning natural variations may occur, adding to the uniqueness of every piece.

Because each piece is made to order based on individual specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges—this includes in-stock inventory.
